Cajun Shrimp Mac and Cheese

with broccolis and cheddar cheese

1. Setup Chop the garlic and the parsley. Cut the broccoli into pieces.
2. Cook the pasta and the broccoli Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta 8-10 minutes until tender. 3-4 minutes before the end, add the broccolis. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the sauce In a pot or a pan, melt 2 2P | 3 3P tbsp of butter. Add the flour and the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and mix well. Salt and pepper.
4. Cook the shrimp In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the shrimp and the spice blend, to taste (caution! spicy).It's possible to reduce the amount of spices in a portion, or to choose spices appreciated by children. Cook 4-5 minutes.
5. Assemble In the pot, combine the macaroni, the broccolis and the cheese sauce.
6. Plate your dish Serve the macaroni and garnish with the shrimp and the parsley. Bon appétit!
