1. Cook the potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, or until the potatoes are cooked through and golden brown.
2. Setup
Slice the tomato. Thinly slice the lettuce. Chop the garlic.
3. Cook the patty
Put the chicken in a bowl and mix with the panko, half of the parmesan the steak spices and the garlic. Form 1 patty per person. Warm up a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties in the pan 4-5 minutes on each side or until the center is cooked.
4. Make the salad
Mix the lettuce with the caesar dressing.
5. Plate your dish
Warm up the buns to taste. Garnish with the lettuce, the chicken patty, the tomato slices, some salt, some pepper and the remaining sauce. Serve with the fries. Bon appétit!
