1. Cook the chicken
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F. Place the chicken on a baking sheet. Add a light drizzle of oil, salt and pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes. 2. Setup
Cut the lime in half. Chop the green onions.
3. Roll out the pizza dough
On a floured work surface, roll the pizza dough to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. Put the pizza on a sheet pan with baking paper.
4. Assemble and cook in the oven
Top the pizza with the cheese and add the buffalo chicken. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Make the sauce
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, the spice blend and the juice of half a lime. Mix well.
6. Plate your dish
