1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the dill. Cut the tomato into cubes. Cut the lime in half. Cut half of the lettuce into thin strips and the rest into pieces.
2. Cook the chicken
In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the chicken, break into pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add half of the tomatoes and the buffalo sauce. Mix well, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Assemble the tacos and cook in the oven
Put the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds so that they are malleable. Spread them out on a baking sheet and brush with oil on both sides. Garnish the tortillas with the chicken and add the mozzarella cheese. Close the tortillas over the filling. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
4. Make the sauce
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, the dill, the garlic powder and the juice of half a lime.
5. Plate your dish
Garnish the tacos with the lettuce, the sauce and the crumbled blue cheese. Make a salad with the lettuce pieces, the rest of the tomatoes and the rest of the sauce. Bon appétit!
