1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 450 ° F. Chop the Brussels sprouts, the shallot and the garlic and the thyme. Cut the bacon into strips.
2. Make the sauce

3. Roll out the pizza dough

4. Assemble and bake in the oven
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Garnish with the sauce. Add the cheddar cheese and then the Brussels sprouts. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Cook the bacon
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon pieces until they are crispy.
6. Plate your dish
