1. Setup
Cut the brie cheese into thin strips. Cut the apple into pieces. Coarsely crush the walnuts.
2. Assemble the sandwich
In a pan, on medium heat, add one tbsp of butter. Place one slice of bread in the pan. Add a few pieces of the brie cheese and a big spoonful of the cranberry jam. Close the sandwich with a second slice of bread.
3. Cook the sandwich
Cook the sandwich 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Plate your dish
Add the apples and the walnuts to the arugula. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve the brie and cranberry grilled cheese sandwich with the arugula salad. Bon appetit!
