1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the garlic. Slice the brie. Cut off the ends of the asparagus.
2. Cook the asparagus
Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet. Add a drizzle of olive oil, the garlic, to taste, season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
3. Toast the bread
Spread the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes.
4. Add the brie
Flip the bread slices. Top with the slices of brie. Return to the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the brie has melted.
5. Make the hot honey
Place the honey in a bowl. Heat in a microwave for 10 seconds. Add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and the chili flakes, to taste
.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the brie and asparagus crostini. Garnish with the hot honey. Bon appétit!
