1. Setup Bring a pot of water to a boil. Grate the carrot. Chop the herbs.
2. Cook the noodles Cook the noodles 4-5 minutes. Keep 1/4 2P | 1/3 3P cup of the cooking water. Drain.
3. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add the vegetables Add the cabbage, carrot and spinach. Cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add the noodles Add the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Add the sauce and the cooking water and cook for 2-3 minutes. The sauce being hot, it's possible to add less, reserve the children's portion, then add the rest of the sauce to the pan.
6. Plate your dish Serve and garnish with the fried onions and the herbs. Bon appétit!
