1. Setup
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Grate the carrot. Chop the herbs.
2. Cook the noodles
Cook the noodles 4-5 minutes. Keep 1/4 2P | 1/3 3P cup of the cooking water. Drain.
3. Cook the beef
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add the vegetables
Add the cabbage, carrot and spinach. Cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
5. Add the noodles
Add the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Add the sauce and the cooking water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Plate your dish
Serve and garnish with the fried onions and the herbs. Bon appétit!
