1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Chop the garlic, mint and half of the onion. Mince the other half of the onion. Dice the cucumbers and the tomato.

5. Plate your dish
Serve the beef kofta with the vegetables. Garnish with the sauce and the pistachios. Serve with pita breads. Bon appetit!
