1. Adjust the step of the recipe for your children
##To help children discover new flavors and develop their taste buds, the polenta can be done differently. Instead of using the suggested quantity of water, you can replace half of it (or more) with milk for a creamier texture that kids will love. You can also leave the less popular ingredients of the salad aside.##
2. Cook the chicken
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the **chicken** with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken __7-8 minutes__ on each side. Add **half of the sauce** and cook for another __1 minute__ on each side.
3. Setup
Thinly slice the **celery, onion and the pepper.** Chop the **cilantro**.
4. Make the salad
Combine the **celery with the pepper, onion, cilantro, oregano**, a drizzle of oil, 1 tbsp of **balsamic or wine vinegar**, salt and pepper.
5. Cook the polenta
Put the **broth cube** in a pot with {{"2p": "3", "3p": "3.5"}} cups of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, remove the pot from the heat. Pour in the **polenta** slowly while whisking. Whisk until the polenta thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Plate your dish
Serve the **polenta** and garnish with the **chicken, the rest of sauce, the salad and sour cream**. Bon appétit!
