BBQ Chicken Nachos

1. Setup Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grate the **cabbage**. Thinly slice the **green onion**. Chop the **pickle**. Cut the **chicken** into small cubes. Drain and rinse the **corn**.
2. Bake the chips Cut the **tortillas** into triangles. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for __6-8 minutes__.
3. Make the salad In a bowl, mix the **cabbage with the corn, pickle, half the green onion, a drizzle of oil, 2-3 tbsp. of cider or wine vinegar, a pinch of sugar**, salt and pepper.
4. Cook the chicken Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the **chicken cubes** __5-6 minutes__. Add salt and pepper. Add the **BBQ sauce** and cook for __1 minute__.
5. Plate your dish Garnish the **tortilla chips with the chicken, coleslaw, sour cream and remaining green onion**. Bon appétit!
