with rice, pickled vegetables, spicy mayo and cilantro

1. Cook the rice Rinse the rice. Bring a pot with 1.5 2P | 2 3P cups of water to a boil. Pour in the rice, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes over low heat.
2. Setup Slice the cucumber, carrots and radishes into thin sticks. Roughly chop the cilantro. Cut the lime into wedges.
3. Marinate the vegetables Place the radish, cucumber and carrot in a bowl with a pinch of salt, 1 2P | 1.5 3P tbsp. of sugar and enough rice or cider vinegar to coat the vegetables. Let marinate.
4. Cook the beef Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add the sauce mix and the honey and cook 2-3 minutes or until the beef is cooked through.
5. Plate your dish Serve the rice in a bowl and garnish with the beef, pickled vegetables, spicy mayonnaise, sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve with lime juice to taste. Bon appétit!
