Banana & Nut Granola

1. Make the oat mix Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roughly chop the walnuts. In a large bowl mix the oats with the crumbled or whole dried bananas, the walnuts, the pumpkin seeds, the cinnamon, the maple syrup, half of the honey and a pinch of salt.
2. Bake in the oven Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mixture is colored and fragrant.
3. Plate your dish Serve the yogurt in a bowl and garnish with the granola, the blueberries and the remaining honey. It is also possible to leave everything in the center of the table like a salad bar and let the children help themselves Bon appétit!
