Baklava-Inspired Pistachio Crêpes

with honey and whipped cream

1. Setup Chop the pistachios
2. Make the crêpe batter In a bowl, mix the milk, the eggs, 180 2P | 250 3P ml of water. Add the flour, a pinch of salt and mix well.
3. Cook the crepes In a skillet over medium heat, add a tbsp of butter. Add a small amount of the crêpe batter to the pan and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. Make the pistachio mixture In a bowl, combine the pistachios, the honey, 2 tbsp of melted butter, the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
5. Make the whipped cream In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
6. Plate your dish Garnish the crêpes with the whipped cream, the pistachio mixture and the rose petals. Bon appétit!
