1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Chop the spinach. Drain and rinse the artichokes then chop them. Chop the onion and garlic. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Roll the dough
Roll the pizza dough with the flour to the desired thickness. Make one big pizza or smaller individual ones, to your preference. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. Make the spinach mixture
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook the onion and artichoke 4-5 minutes until lightly colored. Remove from the skillet and put in a bowl with the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, mozzarella, salt and pepper.
4. Cook the pizza
Garnish the pizza crust with the spinach mixture. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until browned.
5. Plate your dish
Serve the pizza. Bon appétit!
