All Dressed Pizza with Mini Meatballs

with green bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano and mozzarella

1. Setup Place a baking sheet into the oven and preheat to 425°F. Meanwhile, thinly slice the green pepper and the red onion. Slice the mushrooms. Grate the carrot. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Make the meatballs Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and roll into small balls.
3. Roll the dough Roll out the pizza dough with the flour to make one big pizza or a few smaller ones, then transfer onto a sheet pan covered with baking paper.
4. Plate your dish Put 75 2P | 100 3P ml of tomato paste in a bowl with a generous drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the pizza dough and add the vegetables, the cheese and the meatballs. Brush the meatballs with some oil. Now place the baking paper with the pizza onto the hot baking sheet and put it into the oven for around 18-20 minutes. Serve with oregano leaves. Bon appétit!
