1. Setup
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Chop the green onions. Cut the mini-peppers into cubes.
2. Cook the beef
In a pan over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of oil. Add the peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces. Season with salt, pepper and add the spices. Cook 4-5 minutes.
3. Roll ou the dough
On a floured work surface. Roll the pizza dough to make a large pizza or smaller individual pizzas. Put the pizza on a sheet pan covered with baking paper.
4. Assemble and cook in the oven
Spread the ground beef mixture over the pizza dough. Garnish with the cheese and the black olives. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.
5. Plate your dish
Garnish the pizza with the sour cream, the pickled jalapeños to taste and the green onions.
