So, what exactly is Fresh+ Rewards?
The name says it all. We’ve created a rewards system that earns you points on every purchase, which you can redeem for even more of our fresh products, from ready-to-cook recipes to ready-to-eat meals, and Pantry items!
The more you order, the more you save. We’re incredibly grateful to our loyal customers—those of you who trust us week after week and help us grow. And this is our simple and rewarding way to say thank you!
How does it work?
It’s as easy as counting to five :
1. Order your favourite recipes of the week.
Whether it’s 30-minute ready-to-cook recipes, 2-minute ready-to-eat meals, fresh ingredients for your Pantry, or quick snacks for lunches—everything you order helps you earn Fresh+ Rewards points.
2. Receive your order at your door.
As always, free delivery is included with your order. And as soon as your meal kits are dropped off on your doorstep, your points are added to your account. (Until then, they’ll be pending.)
3. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
For example, if your order totals $57, you’ll earn 57 points. Easy, right? You might already be earning points without even realising it! You can check your points anytime on your Cook It account.
4. Redeem points once you hit 500 or more.
Once you accumulate a minimum of 500 points, you can start redeeming them. Every 500 points gives you a $5 credit, which will automatically be applied to your next order.
5. Save on anything from our menu.
Whether you want to lower your bill or treat yourself to a little extra, the credit you get for redeeming your Fresh+ Rewards can be used on ANY item of your choice

There’s nothing you need to do except enjoy the savings! We’ll reward you with 200 bonus points as soon as your Cook It subscription is activated. Plus, you’re automatically enrolled in the loyalty program.
Twice the Rewards
Whenever you order over $100, your points double. Instead of earning 1 point per dollar, you’ll get 2! For example, if your order totals $105, you’ll earn 210 points.
Loyalty Bonus Points
Cook it’s recipes come your way every week or so? You could earn 2,500 bonus points—just like that! That’s $25 in Cook it credit. All you need to do is place 10 orders within a 13-week period.
