Recently, we met up with Alexandra Larouche, a youtuber, mom and food lover, and we invited her to create a fresh and tasty summer recipe. The result is not only yummy but the timing is also perfect! The recipe is now online and came with the sun. Thanks Alex! ☀️

Q : You find yourself stuck on a desert island; of what food you cannot do without?
A : Watermelon! 🍉
Q : Which dish reminds you the most of your childhood?
A : Macaroni with tomatoes, baloney, vegetable soup and noodles …
A : With Cook It! Lol. No kidding, I plan my meals in advance as much as possible and it’s very important for me that we can eat a good meal every night, so I make it a priority. I also like cooking a lot so it’s not a chore for me!
Q : We were wondering if Novalie started eating mashed foods and if she already had favorite foods?
A : Yes. I practise BLW (Baby-Led Weaning) with Novalie. She loves cucumber, just like mom! 🥒
Q : How would you choose to garnish your toast with the avocado? 🥑
A : Chimichuri and poached egg, smoked salmon and salsa with fresh herbs, bacon bruschetta, pomegranate and blue cheese salsa, goat cheese and sweet corn! Yum! 😋
Q : Your favorite summer recipe?
A : I never get tired of the classic watermelon, feta cheese and mint! Otherwise, I love my citrus couscous with shrimp, coriander and sumac vinaigrette recipe that I prepared with you! 🍤🍊
Q : Your favorite recipe from Cook it?
A : I must say that the lobster and cognac ravioli was incredible.
